How to Order Fresh Baked Cookies & Brownies Online in Delhi

Ordering from a made-to-order home bakery works a little differently from ordering off a food delivery app, mainly because nothing is sitting ready to go. Here's what that process actually looks like.

1. Browse the menu first

Since everything is baked after you order, it helps to know what you want before reaching out. It speeds up the order and means less back-and-forth. Tulip's Oven's full menu covers five categories: Thicc Cookies, Crumbl-Style Cookies, Brownies & Brookies, Lava Muffin, and Iced Sips, with prices listed against each item and an Add to Cart button so you can build your whole order in one go.

2. Add to cart, then send it on WhatsApp

Add whatever you want straight from the menu. The cart icon in the header keeps a running total as you go. When you're ready, hit checkout and it opens WhatsApp with your order already filled in: what you picked, how many, and the total. You'll get a reply confirming price, timing, and pickup or delivery details. It's a slower, more personal process than an app checkout, but it means a real person is looking at your order rather than a queue.

3. Expect a lead time

Because nothing is pre-made, orders need a few hours' notice rather than instant delivery. If you're ordering for a specific time, a birthday, a get-together, it's worth messaging a day ahead where possible, especially for larger orders.

4. Know the hours

Tulip's Oven is open daily, 11am–8pm. Messaging outside those hours means your order will be picked up when the kitchen reopens.

5. What arrives

Because it's boxed the same day it's baked, expect bakes that are still slightly warm or very fresh, rather than shelf-stable. Cookies and brownies are best eaten within a day or two rather than stored long-term. There's no preservative padding the shelf life.
