We couldn't decide between a fudgy brownie base and a thick, chunky chocolate chip cookie top, so we stopped choosing. Baked in one tray, cut into squares, and boxed while it's still warm.

Tulip's Oven started in a Delhi kitchen with one oven, a stand mixer, and zero interest in cutting corners. We still bake that way: everything made after you order, boxed the same day. If a batch doesn't come out right, it doesn't go out at all.
